Shipping Information

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95) – via DHL or FedEx (10-15 business days after dispatch)
  • Free Shipping – via EMS for orders over $50 (15-25 business days after dispatch)

We ship globally except to certain Asian regions and remote areas. Delivery times may vary based on destination and customs processing.

International customers: Please note that customs fees, taxes, or duties are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in your order total.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love every Outlet Sleek Vest Store purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, our streamlined returns process makes resolution simple.

Eligibility

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery. To qualify:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • All tags and packaging must be intact
  • Proof of purchase must accompany your return

Important Exception: For hygiene reasons, tank tops & camis marked as final sale during our End of Season Clearance cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective.

    • Preferred resolution (refund or exchange)

  2. Package & Ship
    Once approved:
    • US customers receive a prepaid return label
    • International customers receive shipping instructions
    • Follow packaging guidelines included in your approval email
  3. Resolution
    When we receive your package:
    • Refunds processed within 3-5 business days
    • Exchanges shipped within 2 business days

Refund Details

Your refund will include:

  • Full item price (original shipping fees not included)
  • Applicable taxes

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

International Returns

For customers outside the US:

  • Mark packages as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs fees
  • Use tracked shipping (we cannot credit for lost returns)
  • Allow 7-10 additional days for international bank processing
